Refund policy

Returns 

We want you to love your purchase and understand that everyone changes their mind sometimes and things don't always fit, so Pindi accepts returns for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. 

  • Returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order
  • Your original order number must be provided as proof of purchase
  • Items are returned in original condition, and include original packaging
  • Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed and in saleable condition, our team inspects each piece upon its arrival and if it does not meet this criteria you will not be refunded
  • Refunds will be issued on full price items only, with original delivery cost only refunded if an item is faulty 

Items bought on sale or sold at a reduced price (discount offers/promotions) are not eligible for a refund or exchange, but will be issued a Store Credit. Please note items marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. 

Pindi is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of goods to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@pindi.com.au.

 

Exchanges

Pindi offers exchanges for a different size, colour or product on items provided they met the below conditions. 

  • Exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order
  • Your original order number must be provided as proof of purchase
  • Items are returned in original condition, and include original packaging
  • Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed and in saleable condition, our team inspects each piece upon its arrival and if it does not meet this criteria you will not be refunded
  • It is not a sale item or purchased at a reduced price (discount offers/promotions) as these items are non-refundable or exchangeable

We cannot guarantee that your desired item will be in stock and kindly suggest returning the item you have, and making a separate purchase for the new item.

Faulty Returns
We pride ourselves on quality products and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment.  While all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, if something you have received is not in perfect condition, please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to support@pindi.com.au.
 
Please note items that are a result of wear and tear, damaged or failure to use in accordance with the care instructions provided with the item may not be considered as faulty

Refunds for faulty items will be processed once they have been assessed and accepted by our Quality Control Team. All refunds will be processed back on the original payment method use which may take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
