We ship all orders from Sydney, Australia. Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch, or up to 5 business days during busy sale periods. Express post will be prioritised.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

Duties & Taxes
For orders outside of Australia, duties, taxes or custom fees may be charged upon delivery by the customs authorities of your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility. Pindi does not cover import liabilities that may be applied and does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to unpaid customs charges. Please note Pindi is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. Payment of these duties and taxes are necessary to release your order from customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
